On August 26, 2018, Li Deyi, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Wang Xiaofeng, deputy general manager of Shaanxi Heavy Vehicle Co., Ltd., and Ma Nan, the deputy dean of the School of Robotics at Beijing Union University, visited the Changshui University’s Weishui Campus. Intelligent Transportation" 111 introduced intelligence base to study exchanges. Professor Zhao Xiangmo, the director of the base, met with Academician Li Deyi and accompanied him to visit and inspect.
Academician Li Deyi and his team visited the base of the "Car Network and Smart Vehicle Test Site". Professor Zhao Xiangmo introduced the research results and future development plans of the relevant research teams of our base in the fields of intelligent transportation, driverless driving, vehicle networking, intelligent networked vehicles and their testing technology, focusing on the introduction of “car networking and intelligence”. The construction and preparation of the first-class discipline platform for automobile testing technology, accompanied by Academician Li Deyi, watched the demonstration of the test site results, the development of the unmanned vehicle indoor test platform and the virtual driving scene.

Li Deyi is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, an academician of the Eurasian Academy of Sciences, an expert in command automation and artificial intelligence. He is currently a researcher at the 61st Research Institute of the General Staff, honorary chairman of the China Command and Control Society, and chairman of the China Artificial Intelligence Society. Participated in the research and development of a number of major projects of electronic information systems; first proposed the "control flow-data flow" diagram theory and a set of methods implemented by logic language; proved the equivalence of relational database schema and predicate logic; Cloud model, cloud transformation, cloud inference, cloud control and other methods are used for uncertainty cognition and cloud computing, and have achieved remarkable results in the intelligent control "three-level inverted swing balance" experiment and intelligent driving. He has won 9 awards for second prizes at the national, provincial and ministerial levels, published more than 130 academic papers, and published 5 Chinese works and 3 English monographs. He is also the Dean of the School of Computer Science of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and the Dean of the School of Robotics of Beijing Union University.
