Invited by professor Zhao Xiangmo and supported by the 111 project, prof. Mao Guoqiang and Dr. Fei Xiang from University of Technology Sydney came to our base for academic exchanges. The academic exchange was about intelligent transportation and big data. Prof. Mao Guoqiang gave a speech on “Responsive Navigation and Traffic Control System: the Next Generation in Intelligent Transportation System Design” and Dr. Fei Xiang made a presentation entitled “Real-time traffic multi source data fusion system based on big data”. Professor Song Huansheng, the dean of school of information engineering, spoke on behalf of school. Vice-dean of school of information engineering, Professor Duan Zongtao, chaired this meeting. Young teachers and postgraduate students of school, members of Young Computer Scientists & Engineers Forum (YOCSEF) attended the exchanging.
