On June 12, 2016, chair of Computer Science Department at University of Missouri, Professor Dong Xu, visited our base. Professor Huansheng Song and Professor YishengAn met with Professor Dong Xu and extended a cordial welcome to him.

After the meeting, Professor Dong Xu gave an academic lecture titled “Big Data Clustering”. The seminar was hosted by Professor Yisheng An.

In the lecture,Professor Dong Xufirst reviewedmethods of data processing since the generation of computer, and then heelaborated on the concept of modern big data clustering. After the lecture, Professor Dong Xu held a warm discussion with teachers and students attended. At the end of the meeting, Professor Huansheng Song presented a souvenir to Professor Dong Xu.
