Zhang Shaoyan, born in1964, Male, Postdoctor, Professorand Master's Supervisor. His main research direction is traffic information engineering, software technology and theory. Heis the director of traffic information engineering department, the head of traffic information standardization institute, the leader of provincial characteristics profession--computer science and technology (traffic information engineering) and the member of the ministry of transport information expert database. He teaches undergraduate and graduate coursesof“Internet program design”, “Computer simulation”, “Information system modeling” and so on.
