JuYongfeng, professor, doctoral supervisor, andcertified engineer inautomation systems. He received bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees in Chongqing university, Xi’an jiaotong university and Chang 'an university, respectively. Now he is the dean of the Schoolof electrical and control engineering, the director of the research institution of Intelligent measurement control and electrical transmission, the member of Chang’an university academic committee, and the member of Chang’an university academic degree evaluation committee. He is also as the standing director of Shaanxi province automation institute and Shaanxi province institute of electronics, the member of National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contestexpert group (SK), the consultant expert of China Communications and Transportation AssociationInformation professional committee, and the member of “Journal of Chang 'an university (Natural science edition)”, “Computer Measurement & Control” and “Electronic Design Engineering”editorial committees. Hehas beenengaged in the research of road traffic control and management and robot control and intelligent control for a long time. He is also one of leadersof the national key disciplines "Traffic information engineering and control", theacademic leader of “15” and “211 project” construction projects of "Highway traffic intelligent measurement and control technology”, one of academic leaders of “211 project”, the third phase of construction group “Road traffic intelligent and transportation systems engineering”, a famous teacher of Chang’an university, the excellent teacher of Ministry of Communications,an outstanding communist party member in Shaanxicolleges, and the "3-5" talent of Shaanxi province.

Now he is engaged in the teaching and scientific research work of traffic information engineering and control, control science and engineering, and the main research fields are as follows:

1. Road traffic control and management;

2. Robot control and intelligent control;

3. Research and application wavelet neural network device with type of surface acoustic wave.
